General Forms
In addition to the internship-specific forms above, there are a number of important general forms that must be completed.  Please click on the ‘General Forms’ button to the right and enter the passcode you were given in your acceptance packet.  You can then find the appropriate forms by clicking on your location and then the “Broad Curriculum” option for your term/semester.

Deferment Procedures and Forms
FSU students who expect to receive financial aid may defer their fees in accordance with the information on the FSU student intern form for the term in which you will be abroad.  Non-FSU students who expect to receive financial aid may only defer up to 50% of their program fees in accordance with the information on the form for non-FSU interns for the term in which you will be abroad.  To defer fees, students must submit the appropriate Internship Deferment Request form which can be accessed by through the Money Matters button to the right or by clicking here to go directly to the forms.
